portant;" /> 2. 有香肠/烤肠/低温肉制品工厂生产管理经验
portant;" /> 3. 懂生产、懂品控、懂设备、懂基础采购，能一把抓
portant;" /> 4. 有大厂管理经验+中小型工厂实操经验
portant;" /> 5. 管理风格：菩萨心肠，雷霆手段，能带人、敢管理
portant;" /> 6. 能直接配合老板，务实、落地、不搞形式主义
