Job description:
This position needs to focus on Frozen Dessert & Bakery product innovation, renovation, quality improving and relevant projects. The candidate must be capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver the products and solution to support channel and BU business.

Responsibility
1. Deliver multiple projects objectives and technical approach in response to business initiatives
2. Communicating progress of projects and issues with cross functions within the organization
3. Formulation, manufacturing process and analysis of experiments
4. Commercialization including conduct the plant trial, packaging and supporting work.
5. Ensure compliance of technical programs and procedures with government regulations and corporate standards for product

Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above in food science or related field. .
2.Minimum of 2 years of work experience in food industry (bakery, frozen Chinese pastry, confectionary, snack) required with track record of successful developments, experience with bakery products will be plus
3.Strong communication skills and Fluent English Preferred

2. 2年以上食品行业工作经验(面包房、冷冻中式糕点、糖果、小吃),有烘焙产品和项目经验
3 沟通能力强,英语流利者优先
